SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states within the United States.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at emily@gracefulcollections.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
